India General Elections 2024 Results: Counting Of Votes Has Begun, Trends At 9 AM Show NDA Leading In More Than 200 Seats, INDIA Leading In Over 120 Constituencies

Counting of votes has begun for Lok Sabha Elections 2024. Postal ballots will be counted first. EVMs will be opened by 9 AM. Will the BJP-led NDA win it for the third time or INDIA bloc will shine this time? Election Commission conducted polling for 542 seats of the 543 seats spread across all states and Union Territories. BJP has already won one seat (Surat) unopposed. Exit Polls predicted a third term for PM Modi-led BJP. Meanwhile, INDIA bloc leaders are confident that they will win at least 295 seats. A party/coalition needs 272 seats to form the government.
