According to the latest reports, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has summoned Netflix India's Head of Content amid a row over the series ‘IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack’. It is reported that the makers have allegedly ‘changed the names’ of the terrorists who hijacked the Indian Airlines flight from Kathmandu to Delhi in December 1999. This development comes amid a trend on X calling for a boycott of the series. Anubhav Sinha's latest series was released on August 29 on Netflix.
