Congress is all set to oust the ruling BJP from Himachal Pradesh. Till 3 pm, Congress won/was leading in 39 seats and the BJP in 26. Himachal Pradesh has 68 seats and the majority mark is 35. CM Jairam Thakur accepted defeat in the hill state. Watch the video to know more.
