Heatwave Warning For Most Parts Of India For Next Five Days

On April 27, India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted heatwave conditions in many parts of the country for at least the next five days. India Meteorological Department said, “Heatwave conditions over East, Central and Northwest India during the next five days.” According to the IMD, heatwave conditions in isolated pockets are very likely over Haryana-Chandigarh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Bihar, Jharkhand, interior Gangetic West Bengal, interior Odisha and northern parts of Gujarat State.
