On March 7, the last phase of voting was conducted in Uttar Pradesh. The exit polls have come out for the five states where elections were held. Elections were held in Goa, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Manipur. In Goa, exit polls predict a close fight between BJP and the Congress. The poll of exit polls predict that both the BJP and the Congress are expected to win 16 of the state's 40 seats, reported NDTV. The majority mark stands at 21.
