Lionel Messi led Argentina won the FIFA World Cup 2022 against France on December 18 in Qatar. Argentina defeated France 4-2 in a penalty shootout to win the coveted title for the third time. It was a thrilling match as the World cup final game finished 3-3 after extra time at the Lusail Stadium. Lionel Messi scored twice and France striker Kylian Mbappe scored a hat-trick in this super exciting game. PM Narendra Modi said that the game will be remembered as one of the most thrilling football matches.
