Faroe Islands: 1400 White-Sided Atlantic Dolphins Killed By Whaling Community In Denmark, Global Outcry Over Traditional Practice

Faroe Islands faced an outcry on September 14. This is due to the culling of more than 1,400 white-sided dolphins in a day. The bloodied remains of more than 1,000 Atlantic white-sided dolphins on the beach sparked outrage. Reportedly, there are around 100,000 pilot whales in the waters around the Faroe Islands.
