TMC councilor Dulal Sarkar, also known as Babla, was murdered by bike-borne assailants in Malda district of West Bengal on Thursday, January 2. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee held Malda District Police Superintendent Pradeep Kumar Yadav responsible for the tragedy.
