Drought-Hit Karnataka: As Karnataka get gripped in severe drought, the state performs special ‘puja’ for rain. Puja was performed for rains in Karnataka’s Belgaum on Thursday. The ceremony happened in Yallamma Temple. Karnataka's Religious and Charitable Endowments Dept had announced that all temples will be performing special prayers for rains on June 06.
