US President Donald Trump on January 8(EST) hinted at de-escalating tensions with Iran in his address to the nation from the Grand Foyer at the White House. Trump addressed the nation hours after Iran attacked the US military bases in Iraq. In his address, Trump said that US is ready to embrace peace. He also denied Iran's claim of 80 US soldiers being killed in missile strikes.
