At least 11 people lost their lives in a massive fire that was triggered by three blasts in a boiler of a chemical factory in Thane's Dombivli on Thursday, May 23. An FIR registered in connection with the tragedy says the owners of the factory allegedly knew that any lapses in handling of chemicals might lead to explosions.
