On March 21, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief was arrested in connection with an excise policy-linked money laundering case. The arrest came hours after the Delhi High Court refused to grant protection to Kejriwal from any coercive action by the agency, reported PTI. Meanwhile, the BJP demanded that Arvind Kejriwal should step down as the Chief Minister of Delhi.
