After heavy rains lashed Delhi on July 27, a tragedy unfolded at Rau's IAS Study Circle, where water suddenly gushed into the basement, leading to the deaths of three students - Tania Soni, Shreya Yadav and Navin Delvin. The unfortunate incident led to protests by students in the national capital who slammed the authorities for alleged negligence.
