Deepika Padukone Takes A Stand, Visits JNU To Show Solidarity With Attacked Students

Deepika Padukone made a surprise appearance at the Jawaharlal University Campus to stand with students who had been attacked on January 5. From the pictures that have been shared on social media, Deepika arrived at the JNU campus around 7:30 pm on January 7, attended a public meeting for around 15 minutes and left after speaking to a few students. Former JNU student union president Kanhaiya Kumar was also at the public meeting.
