Cyclone Dana made landfall on the Odisha coast on Thursday (October 24) midnight between Bhitarkanika in Kendrapara district and Dhamra in Bhadrak district. Coastal districts, especially Bhadrak, witnessed torrential rainfall and strong winds as the severe cyclonic storm began landfall process.
