Customer Cancels Order Non-Hindu Delivery Boy, Zomato’s Reply Is Winning the Internet
On July 30, a customer tweeted about cancelling his order placed on food delivery platform, Zomato because the designated delivery rider was a non-Hindu. Zomato’s response to the man’s complaint is winning hearts on social media. Amit Shukla, a resident of Madhya Pradesh, also shared screenshots of his conversation with Zomato's customer care, saying that he would take up the issue with his lawyers. Zomato’s founder, Deepinder Goyal took to social media and posted a firm message.
