The novel Coronavirus or “2019-nCoV” which emerged from Wuhan city in China’s Hubei province has now spread to 15 countries including, France, Germany, United States and Canada. In China alone an estimated 6000 people have contracted the virus and the death toll has risen to 132 (according to a report in Aljazeera). The U.S. and Japan have announced they are evacuating their citizens from Wuhan to try and limit the spread of the disease. Meanwhile, India has reported no confirmed cases of Coronovirus but Indians traveling back from China have been placed in a quarantine in Jaipur, Hyderabad and Patna.
