Coronavirus Numbers: Venkaiah Naidu Contracts Covid-19, Bengaluru Reports 26,000 Cases
On January 24, India reported 3.06 lakh Covid-19 cases. The daily positivity rate has jumped from 17.78% to 20.75%. Maharashtra, the worst-affected state in the country, recorded 40,805 cases. Mumbai reported 2,550 cases and 13 deaths. Delhi reported 9,197 new cases. Vice-president of India, Venkaiah Naidu has also tested positive for Covid-19. Karnataka reported 50,210 Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. Bengaluru reported 26,299 cases, ten times more than Mumbai. Watch the video to know more.
