India’s coronavirus cases saw a sharp leap between April 5 and April 6 with 693 fresh cases being confirmed across the country. The number of deaths due to COVID-19 infection also saw an increase with 32 people dying in 24 hours. India’s confirmed coronavirus cases are at 4067 with 109 dead.
