Ajay Mishra’s son, Ashish Mishra is accused of mowing down protesting farmers in Uttar Pradesh’s Lakhimpur Kheri. The senior congress leader demanded that two sitting Supreme Court judges should probe the matter. Reportedly, President Ram Nath Kovind said he will speak to the government over the issue. Ashish Mishra was arrested over the weekend. Eight people, including four farmers, were killed in the incident that took place on October 3 at Lakhimpur Kheri.
