Clare Connor, Former England Captain, Set To Become First Ever Female MCC President

Clare Connor is set to become the first-ever female President of the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) in its 233-year history. The former England captain will replace former Sri Lanka cricketer Kumar Sangakkara when he steps down from the role next season. Connor, 43, currently serves as the England Cricket Board’s managing director of women’s cricket.
