Usha Araghya Was Offered On The Fourth Day Of Chhath Puja On November 20 And Devotees Stood In Knee-Deep Toxic Foam Water To Perform Rituals. High Phosphate Concentration In The Yamuna Can Lead To Skin And Respiratory Issues And Is The Reason For Toxic Foam, Reported ANI.
