After Diwali, the Chhath puja celebrations begin, where religious ceremonies & rituals are performed at the banks of rivers, ponds & other waterbodies. It is a major festival of states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh & Jharkhand. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, this year's celebration won't be the same. Many states have placed a ban on the congregation & religious rituals citing COVID-19 spread.
