BTS At The White House: K-Pop Band Meets Joe Biden As US Govt Tackles Anti-Asian Hate Rage
BTS, South Korean K-pop supergroup, visited the White House on May 31. The group spoke about anti-Asian hate crimes in the United States. As reported by AFP, singer Jimin said through a translator ahead of a meeting with President Joe Biden that the group is "devastated by the recent surge of hate crimes.” All seven members of the K-pop sensation visited the White House. They were all dressed in matching dark suits and ties, with white shirts.
