Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi and his family were rescued by the NDRF team after being stranded at their Patna residence due to incessant rains. Modi can be seen sitting on a boat along with other people, wading through knee-deep waters. Widespread flooding has thrown life out of gear in the Bihar capital.
