Bhai Dooj 2022: Date, Shubh Muhurat, Significance; All About The Festival That Celebrates The Brother-Sister Bond

Bhai Dooj, the last day of the five-day festival of Diwali, is observed to celebrate the bond between a brother and sister. It is also known as Bhau Beej or Bhai Phota. Even though the celebrations of this day are similar to Raksha Bandhan, the mythological stories behind their significance are different. This year, Bhai Dooj will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 26. Shubh Muhurat time, or Bhai Dooj Aparahna Time, falls between 01:12 PM and 03:27 PM on October 26. Dwitiya Tithi begins at 02:42 PM on October 26 and ends at 12:45 PM on October 27. Watch the video to know more.
