CryptoBajaj Auto officially announced the launch of the much awaited electric Chetak scooter. The company officially reintroduced the iconic 'Chetak' brand in India, in an electric avatar. Launched at a starting price of Rs 1 lakh, the electric scooter will be available for bookings with an upfront payment of Rs 2,000. Chetak comes in two variants - Urbane and Premium offering a wide range of colour options and high-end features. The company promises that its Bajaj Chetak requires minimal maintenance with a service interval of 12,000 kms or one year whichever is earlier. Additionally, the newly launched Chetak scooter comes with an overall warranty of 3 years or 50,000 kms which also includes the lithium-ion battery.
