Aryan Khan Bail Order By Bombay High Court: Highlights
The Bombay High Court said that no evidence of conspiracy has been found between Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant to commit drug-related acts. The High Court said that there was hardly any positive evidence to show conspiracy as alleged by the NCB. Bombay HC also said that nothing objectionable was found in WhatsApp chats to suggest there was a conspiracy. Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28. The Bombay high court’s reasoned order was made available on November 20. NCB had arrested Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha on October 3. NCB had said it seized six grams of charas from Merchant. Bombay HC also said that NCB cannot rely on the alleged confessional statements recorded by the investigating officer as they are not binding. Watch the video to know more.
