Arvind Kejriwal Says ‘I Love You’ To Delhi As AAP Gets 62/70, 53% Of Votes Polled | Delhi Polls 2020
With counting day coming to a close, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has received over 53% of the votes polled for Delhi Assembly Elections 2020. AAP has won in 46 seats and is leading in 16 bringing its tally to 62 out of 70 seats. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) received a little over 38% of the votes but managed to win 5 seats and is leading in 3, bringing its tally to 8. Incumbent chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has thanked the people of Delhi for giving him a mandate for the third time.
