The Andheri by-election result 2022 was announced on Sunday, November 6. Rutuja Latke, Shiv Sena’s candidate won the bypoll to Andheri (East) Assembly seat in Mumbai. The election was a mere formality as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) withdrew its candidate from the race. This was the first election conducted in Maharashtra after the Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government collapsed in June 2022. Eknath Shinde, in alliance with the BJP, is now the Chief Minister of the state. Watch the video to know more.
