Amar Singh, Rajya Sabha MP And Former Samajwadi Party Leader Dies, Aged 64

Former Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Amar Singh, who was an independently elected Rajya Sabha MP, has died aged 64. Singh was receiving treatment in a hospital in Singapore for the past several months. The Rajya Sabha MP, who was under treatment there, had earlier undergone a kidney transplant after suffering a kidney failure in 2013.
