Ajit Jogi, Former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dies Aged 74; Was In Coma After Multiple Heart Attacks

Ajit Jogi, veteran Indian politician and the former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh died aged 74 on May 29. Jogi had been hospitalised on May 9, after suffering a cardiac arrest. Since then he suffered one more cardiac arrest and had slipped into a coma. Doctors had labelled his condition as extremely critical these past few days. Jogi is survived by his wife MLA Renu Jogi and son Amit Jogi.
