Ajit Doval, the fifth & current National Security advisor (NSA) to the Prime Minister of India celebrates his 75th birthday on January 20, 2020. Doval is a retired Indian Police Services (IPS) officer of the Kerala cadre. He is also a former Indian intelligence and law enforcement officer. India’s September 2016 surgical strike & February 2019 Balakot airstrikes across the border in Pakistan were conducted under Doval’s supervision. As he turns 75, here are some important facts about the man known for playing key roles in various operations.
