This film revolves around India’s historic and magical win at the 1983 World Cup tournament. India had beaten West Indies to get the coveted title home. Kapil Dev and his team made history by winning the cup in 1983. Ranveer Singh plays the character of Kapil Dev, the then captain of the Indian cricket team in the film.
