Calling it a worldwide problem, the users shared details about the issue that they are facing on the YouTube. Several netizens and YouTubers have highlighted this issue by tagging the Google-owned YouTube platform.
Some users have taken on X and reported about the issues they face about not seeing the uploaded videos on the feed. YouTube Team responded to one of the users on X and said, "thanks for flagging this! we're checking it out rn, we'll reach back out if we need extra info!". A user on X called "MiniMasterGG" (@MiniMasterGG) posted that the problem was unrelated to the YouTube Studio. The user said, "It's a worldwide problem. I was talking to @TeamYouTube on a chat, and they said it's a known problem and are working on a fix." The user posted the screenshots of the response by the YouTube Team saying, "We're aware of this issue and our engineers are currently working on a fix." The YouTube Team apologised for the inconvenience caused to the users and said they could not provide an "estimated time frame when the fix will be available".
The YouTube Team ensured the user would closely monitor the raised concern and keep posted about the updates. Another X user, Parag Arora (@paragarora), posted, "Youtube uploads down. Is that Microsoft behind?" hinting that Microsoft could be responsible for the problem. Other users encouraged others to retweet and trend "#YouTubedown, #youtubeproblem and #youtube". YouTube is down for some users who were engaged in uploading the video; however, the platform is working fine for others, including viewers. Google-owned YouTube was next to be hit by a technical issue that affected the upload functions after the world saw a massive CrowdStrike-led Microsoft Windows crash.
