Yahoo Down Globally: Yahoo Mail & Website Faces Global Outage For More Than Four Hours

Yahoo is currently facing global outage wherein the users are not able to access either Yahoo mail or the official website. According to the report from Express UK, it is believed that Yahoo is still down as users are still not able to gain access to their mails or get online. The problems were initially reported early this morning, around 7.30 AM but the outage seems to be more than four hours. When the users tried accessing the homepage of Yahoo, they found this message – “This site can’t be reached. www.yahoo.com’s server IP address could not be found.”
The DownDetector also showed thousands of reports across UK and rest of the world claiming issues with Yahoo Mail and Yahoo.com. The problem has majorly affected the users in Europe and some parts of US.
A user mentioned on the DownDetector’s forum that, "No Yahoo at all today but I've never had this before. Anyone know what the problem actually is?Where another user commented, "Yahoo mail not working on my iPhone neither or the app nor the website."
