Xiaomi India will be launching the new Pocophone F1 flagship smartphone under its sub-brand - POCO in India Today. The launch event is slated to commence at 12.30 PM IST. The latest offering from Xiaomi's POCO sub-brand will rival OnePlus 6 and Asus' Zenfone 5z in the premium smartphone segment, which has been witnessing some good products lately. Also, the forthcoming Pocophone F1 was spotted on GeekBench before its official India launch that has revealed critical technical details including specs and features. To be retailed exclusively via Flipkart in India, the company has already released a couple of teasers via its social media platforms. Moreover, it is also believed that Xiaomi could retail the new Pocophone F1 on its official website as well. Xiaomi will be broadcasting the launch event of new Pocophone F1 on the official Poco YouTube channel, and the same can be watched here. As far as the specifications are concerned, the new Poco F1 flagship smartphone could be powered by Qualcomm's flagship chipset - Snapdragon 845 SoC, as a part of its partnership with Qualcomm. The new Pocophone F1 will feature a 5.99-inch display with FHD+ resolution. It is also speculated that the company will be introducing the phone in the country in just two variants only - 6GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB of RAM and ROM respectively. The chipset on the Pocophone F1 will also be coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. Xiaomi’s POCO F1 Smartphone All Set to Launch Tomorrow in India; Expected to Be Priced Around Rs 34,000.

For optics, the flagship device from Xiaomi's sub-brand will pack a vertically stacked dual rear camera setup including a 12MP primary and a 5MP secondary sensors with dedicated LED flash. The handset will also carry a 20MP shooter for selfies and video calls. To be backed by 4000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0, the Pocophone F1 is expected to feature security options like face unlocking and fingerprint sensor.

As far as the prices are concerned, the top-end variant of Xiaomi Pocophone F1 flagship smartphone featuring 128GB inbuilt storage and 6GB of RAM could be priced around Rs 25,000. Moreover, the company is likely to introduce the smartphone in two new shades - Blue and Graphite Black. More details about the Xiaomi's POCO F1 will be revealed at the launch event.
