As per reports, under this policy, employees must work in the office three days a week. However, they also have the option to request to work from home on certain days in a year. Wipro employees can take advantage of an additional 30 days of remote work each calendar year. To use this option, employees need to get approval from their managers. There are two specific conditions that must be met to qualify for this remote work opportunity. The conditions for using the remote work option include two main situations. First, employees can work from home for up to 15 days if they are not feeling well.
