Mumbai, May 11: The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro, which made its debut in China in March, is now gearing up for its much-anticipated launch in the Indian market. While the company recently unveiled the Vivo V30e, a mid-range smartphone with impressive camera features, it's the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro that's set to redefine the premium foldable smartphone segment with its unique features and capabilities. 

The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro foldable smartphone is anticipated to come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship processor, according to a report by Gizmochina. Not only this, but the report also said that the Chinese smartphone maker might also improve the hinge's lifespan. The report highlighted that the upcoming X Fold 3 from Vivo would have a Carbon Fiber Hinge tested by TUV Rheinland. The report said that the company claimed it would withstand 5,00,000 folds, offering 12 years of life to the device. Samsung Galaxy F55 5G India Launch Date Set For May 17.

Vivo X Fold 3 Pro Specifications and Features (Early Rumours)

In a foldable smartphone, besides processor and durability, the most sought-after feature is the display. The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro foldable phone is expected to boast two screens - primary and outer. X Fold 3 Pro's primary display is expected to be 8.03-inch large size with 2748x1172 pixel resolution. The outer display could be 6.53-inch in size and likely have a 2480x2200 pixel resolution. Additionally, the report said that the customers should expect 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, ultra-sonic fingerprint scanner, WiFi-7 support, dual SIM slots supporting 5G, NFC support, Wireless Lossless Hi-Fi audio. In the camera department, the upcoming Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is expected to offer a 50MP primary lens, a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 64MP periscope lens with up to 3X optical zoom capability. Vivo is expected to offer 5,700mAh massive battery in this smartphone with up to 100W fast-charging support. The front camera on this foldable phone is expected to be a 32MP shooter.  The Vivo X Fold 3 launch date in India will be finalised in early June, and the company may confirm specifications or features.
