Vivo India is all set to launch the new V11 and V11 Pro smartphones in India Today. The launch event is scheduled to commence from 12 PM IST.
Vivo, a popular Chinese smartphone maker, will be launching the new V11 Pro smartphone in the Indian market today. The company will be introducing two new smartphones - V11 and V11 Pro at the event in Mumbai, which is slated to commence from 12 PM IST. The new V11 and V11 Pro devices will be rolled as a successor to the V9 handset, which was launched in the country earlier this year. After much of teasing, Vivo India will officially reveal the prices for the device today. The company will be streaming the launch event of Vivo V11 Pro that can be watched here. On the specification front, the new Vivo V11 Pro handset boasts a 6.41-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 1080X2340p of resolution. The handset is also expected to feature a Halo FullView display with a waterdrop-style notch on top of the screen. Powering the handset will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC mated with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. It is also speculated that the company might also introduce a microSD slot for external storage expansion up to 256GB. Coming to the camera department, the photography duties on the new Vivo V11 smartphone will be carried out by a vertically stacked dual camera module at the back. The setup will feature a 12MP primary sensor along with a 5MP secondary sensor with AI-enabled scene recognition feature. The handset will also sport a 25MP selfie snapper with AI capabilities for selfies and video calling. To be packed with a 3,400mAh battery along with dual-engine fast charging, the new Vivo V11 Pro will run on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Funtouch OS 4.0.
