Mumbai, August 16: The Chinese tech giant Vivo is all set to launch a new T3 Pro 5G-enabled smartphone under its popular T3 series in the country. The 5G phone will be the latest addition to the series, which already has T3 5G, T3 Lite 5G, and T3x 5G. The company has confirmed its arrival in India via an official microsite, and a similar landing page is also listed on Flipkart, confirming its availability through the e-commerce site. However, the brand has remained tight-lipped about India launch date.

As per details revealed on the microsite, the soon-to-be-launched Vivo T3 Pro will sport a 3D AMOLED display carrying a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits with eye protection. Based on the details in the fine print, Vivo T3 Pro may be launched in India on or after August 26. It is worth noting that it could carry an Indian price tag of INR 25,000. The brand will reveal the design details of the T3 Pro 5G on August 20, which has been teased in orange vegan leather. Details related to the chipset will be revealed on the following day (August 21). However, we already know that it will be a Snapdragon-sourced chipset. The upcoming Vivo T3 Pro could be a rebranded version of iQoo’s Z9s Pro that will launch in the country on August 21. It will be powered by Snapdragon’s 7 Gen 3 SoC and the same chipset could power the T3 Pro. The phone may get a massive 5,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging tech and a 50MP IMX882 sensor with OIS.
