The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo is reportedly planning to launch the Vivo S1 Pro smartphone in the Indian market soon. According to the reports, the Vivo S1 Pro device will be introduced in India by mid-January 2020. The reports also claim that the company will launch the device under the price bracket of Rs 20,000. According to the report from 91mobiles, the India-spec version of Vivo S1 Pro will be slightly different from the one we have seen in the home market. The phone reportedly will flaunt a punch-hole display instead of a dewdrop notch screen seen on the China-spec model of S1 Pro. The reports further claim that the smartphone will get a 6.38-inch FHD+ punch-hole display, Snapdragon 665 SoC, diamond-shaped quad rear camera and much more.
As far as the China-spec model of Vivo S1 Pro is concerned, the device flaunts a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display with a dewdrop notch housing the front camera. The device draws power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC which is clubbed with Adreno 612 GPU and up to 8GB RAM. The device also packs up to 256GB of internal storage.
For photography, the handset gets a 48MP primary camera module that is complemented by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5MP depth sensor. Upfront, there is a 32MP snapper located in the dewdrop notch for selfies and video calls. The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie with FunTouch OS 9.2 skin on the top. The phone is fuelled by a 3,700mAh battery compatible with 22.5W fast-charging technology.
