Vivo Nex with Ultra FullView Display & Pop-Up Selfie Camera Launched; Priced in India at Rs 44,990

Raising the bars in the flagship space, Vivo India launched the new Vivo Nex flagship smartphone in the Indian market today. Priced at 44,990, the new Vivo Nex comes with a pop-up selfie camera, which is the main underline of the handset. It was earlier this year in May when Vivo launched two variants - Nex S and Nex A in China. The company has introduced the high-end Nex S in India that is branded as Vivo Nex.  The smartphone will go on sale on 21st July exclusively on Amazon India and Vivo India website.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the new Vivo Nex smartphone is fitted with a 6.59-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display. Carrying screen-to-body ratio of 91.24 per cent, the display panel also gets texture film along with an aspect ratio of 19.3:9 and 1080x2316 pixels of resolution. Under the hood, the device sports Qualcomm's flagship chipset - Snapdragon 845 that comes mated to an 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Coming to the cameras, the new Vivo Nex smartphone gets a dual camera module at the rear which includes a 12MP primary sensor and 5MP primary sensor along with an 8MP elevating selfie shooter. Another highlight of the smartphone is the in-display fingerprint sensor, which is also seen on the Vivo X21 smartphone. Backed by 4000 mAh battery, the Vivo Nex runs on Funtouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

The connectivity options of Vivo's new flagship product includes Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, WiFi, OTG support or more. Launched at Rs. 44,990, the new Vivo Nex will compete against Oppo Find X and OnePlus 6.
