Vi New Roaming Plan: Vodafone Idea Launches New Postpaid International Roaming Pack for 3 New Destinations Due to Increasing Indian Travellers

Mumbai, July 18: Amid the telecom tariff hikes, Vodafone Idea has announced its new postpaid roaming plans for three new international locations. Vodafone Idea (Vi) followed the tariff hike introduced by Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel and announced implementing an 11 to 24% hike in its previous plans. The telecom service provider recently launched its Vi Postpaid REDX Plan, which offered additional benefits to customers, such as a Netflix subscription. 

Now, Vodafone Idea has announced its new postpaid plans for international roaming in three locations: Jordan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The new postpaid roaming packs are aimed at Indian travellers visiting these destinations. Vi boasts a larger network that allows customers to enjoy seamless connectivity in 120 countries. The new Vodafone Idea postpaid international roaming pack starts from INR 649. Vi postpaid packs also offer options for 24-hours, 10-days, 14-days, or 30-days. Indian travellers prefer the Jordan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan destinations due to their significant and popular popularity. 

Vi reportedly ensures that its users stay connected despite travelling long distances. Vodafone Idea International Roaming Pack; Process, Details

Vodafone Idea users can activate the international roaming pack before departing from the country by calling 199 (Vi Customer Care Toll-Free Number) or visiting the Vi application. Once the users submit their request, the services will be activated within 30 minutes. To connect to the existing network, the users may be required to turn their devices off after activation. According to the report, Vi offers international roaming packs in more than 100 countries.
