Hyderabad, July 15: Employees who were not paid their salary by the company along with others reportedly took the route to kidnap the founder of an IT firm in Hyderabad and were arrested after this act. The IT firm owner was kidnapped from a hotel in Srisailam road by the three people who were accused of kidnap while the remaining reportedly stole the laptops and other items from his house. This incident reportedly took place on the night of July 9 and 10. 

As per a report by NDTV, eight people were arrested by the police for their acts of kidnapping, wrongful restrain, intimidation, stealing, confining over extortion, and intentionally trespassing a house as per the statement given by the police. The prime accused included a business consultant along with other software employees involved in these acts. E-Notice From Government Office? Following this, the victim, the founder of an IT firm, registered a case against these eight employees and said that due to financial difficulties, his company delayed salary payments, which escalated the tension between the consultancies. The victim also said his IT firm employed around 1,200 employees through consultancies for a fee at Gachibowli. The investigation showed that the prime accused was accused in his role in job placements through various consultancies and disputes that resulted in the violent incident.

The accused reportedly stole 84 laptops, five phones, four cars, and three passports of the founder of the company and family members. Hyderabad police acted and recovered these items from the employees. According to a report by Times of India, the victim of the incident was Ravichandra Reddy, founder of IT firm Gigleaz Pvt Ltd in Gachibowli. Before kidnapping and stealing items, the affected people by IT Firm's founder had already filed a complaint about cheating offences against him on the job fraud, which the police had been investigating. The complaint was lodged at Raidurgam Police Station.
