Mumbai, August 24: Tecno Spark Go 1 is the latest offering under the Spark series, which was unveiled recently for the global market. The brand has remained coy about pricing and arrival timeline for the domestic market. However, the smartphone could hit Indian shores very soon. According to a report from 91Mobiles, Tecno will officially launch the Spark Go 1 smartphone in the country next month. The report also suggests pricing details of the phone, which will carry a price tag under INR 9,000.

Expected to launch in India in September, the Tecno Spark Go 1 is said to be the first phone under INR 9,000 to support a 120Hz refresh rate. The report also suggested that the India-spec variant of the Tecno Spark Go 1 could borrow design, colourways, storage options and specifications from the global version. The global-spec version of Tecno Spark Go 1 comes in two colourways - Glittery White and Startrail Black. As for specifications, the Tecno Spark Go 1 sports a 6.67-inch HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1600×720 pixels resolution. Powering the phone is a Unisoc T615 chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. In the camera department, the Tecno Spark Go 1 gets a dual rear camera setup, which comprises a 13MP primary shooter and an undisclosed secondary shooter with an LED flash. The front camera is an 8MP snapper for selfies and video calling. It runs on Android 14 Go Edition out of the box. Moreover, the phone was also spotted on the BIS certification website alongside the Tecno Spark 30 with model numbers KL4 and KL8.
