New Delhi, September 18: Snap Inc., the parent company of Snapchat, has introduced new features at the Snap Partner Summit 2024 (SPS 2024) to enhance user experience on its instant messaging platform. Among the highlights is the new Lip Syncing Lens, which lets users perform along with music in a fun, interactive way.

The company also unveiled a NYX Beauty Bestie feature for allowing users to try out different looks by using generative AI. Additionally, new AI-powered lenses and chat features have been launched to boost creativity and personalisation on the app. As per information available on the official website, Snapchat’s latest update introduces the Lip Syncing Lens with Eminem, to enable users to lip-sync to his new song “Fuel”. Snapchat New Features

The Lip Syncing Lens will soon let you use more songs from Snapchat’s Sounds library. You can take Snaps while singing in real time or use the Lens to make your Memories more lively. Another key feature includes NYX Beauty Bestie. NYX Professional Makeup has launched NYX Beauty Bestie, a tool that uses AR and AI to help you learn different makeup styles without mess. Users can also share their looks with friends in a Snap. Snapchat is also bringing AI features to Memories.  The new feature is called My Selfie, which will allow users to create and manage their Snap AI identity. After uploading a few selfies, they can view AI-generated images of themselves and even see Snaps with friends who have also joined the feature. Users can now swipe up from the Camera to see their Memories in full screen, including collages and video mashups of their favourite moments. AI will also help as a personal creative director for adding captions. Snapchat will display local time zones in chats to help you connect with friends around the globe. Enhanced HD video calls and Snap Mail features will allow you to send a Snap to a friend if they do not respond, which will help users to stay in touch.
