The Loch Ness monster has been a mystery for decades and now an expert on the same who studied Nessie, as it is fondly referred, admitted the monster may not exist at all! Dr Naish is a zoologist from the University of Southampton. He was speaking at the Cheltenham Science Festival when he said there are no real photographs which show Loch Ness clearly. He told the audience at the festival, "Last year was a particularly good year for Nessie, with four or five photos, but they're all terrible. They're all just random blobs on the water and it's like, why would you think that's an unknown animal?" He further added if the people saw something similar elsewhere in the world, they wouldn't bother. But because the Loch Ness legend is so popular, people expect anything to look like the river monster.

He also said that Loch Ness now exists only in people's 'psyche'. Dr Naish is an expert in dinosaurs, animals and evolution. He stressed on having definite evidence of the monster/creature by now. Since every tourist that visit Loch Ness has a camera and are looking forward to spot it, at least credible and better quality pictures of the monster should have come up by now. Does Loch Ness Monster Exist?
