As per a report of Android Authority, Google Messages will be the new default messaging app on Galaxy phones by replacing Samsung Messages in the US. The change will reportedly start with the Samsung Galaxy Flip 6, Galaxy Fold 6 and newer models. Although Google Messages will be the main messaging app, users can still download Samsung Messages from the Galaxy Store, but some features may be limited.
