Mumbai, September 12: Samsung launched its new M series smartphone, the Samsung M05 5G, in India today at INR 7,999. For entry-level, Samsung brings several segment-leading specifications and features to its M05 5G. Starting off with the design, the Samsung M05 5G retains the company's classic smartphone designith a dual-camera setup on the rear. It only comes in a single colour option - Mint Green.

Samsung M05 5G Specifications and Features 

Samsung has introduced its new smartphone in the M series with a 6.7-inch HD+ IPS panel with 720x1600 pixel resolution. It has a 50MP camera with f/1.8 aperture to take detailed images and record up to 1080p videos. As a secondary camera on the phone, Samsung has included a 2MP shooter. The Samsung M05 5G gets an 8MP selfie camera with a dew-drop notch on the front. The MediaTek Helio G85 is mated with Arm Mali G52 2EEMC2 graphical processing unit to offer ideal gaming performance in the segment. 

Samsung's M05 5G offers 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, which can be expanded to 8GB using RAM Plus. Samsung has included a 5,000mAh batter that can support 25W fast charging and weighs around 195 grams. It comes with a dual-SIM tray, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Secure Face Unlock and other features.
